Welcome back!  Here is the Fellows Program just for you! 

While the UCR Summer Academy program is a great way to gain a head start at college, the opportunities do not end with the completion of your first course.  The Summery Academy Fellows Program offers a number of incentives to returning Summer Academy students, starting with a $445 deduction simply for re-enrolling.     

These bonus can be taken a step further by electing to become a School Representative or Orientation assistant.

Program Fees for Fellow Students:

• Summer Academy Fellow ($445): I am only interested in returning as a summer academy student

• School Representative ($395): I am interested in giving out 25 summer academy catalogs to the guidance/counselors office at my high school

• Orientation Assistant ($395): I would like to help out at the Summer Academy orientation on Sunday June 8, 2008. (You are required to attend the Pre-orientation meeting on June 6)

For those wanting to be a Orientation Helper!

If you have signed up as an Orientation Assistant, please plan to attend the Pre-Orientation session to find out what duties will be expected of you. Pre-Orientation will be held on June 6th 3-5pm at the UCR Extension Center

Financial Assistance for Fellows!

Some financial assistance will be available for the 2008 Summer Academy. Please complete the information required in the application and include all attachments for consideration.   Click here for more information.

If you would like to participate in Summer 2008, please go to the Fellows Application (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and return it to the Summer Academy office by mail along with your  Summer Academy application form to:

Important Note:

All graduating seniors including past Summer Academy students will pay regular UC Riverside Summer Session fees. If you have applied and will attend as a UC student in the fall of 2008, you will pay $158 per unit. If you will be attending other institutions, you will pay the visiting student fee of $178 per unit to take UC Riverside summer courses. Please visit the Summer Sessions website.
